FROM THE EAST
From Dumfries, take the A75 towards Stranraer. 4 miles after you have passed Gatehouse of Fleet you will pass a small fishing loch on your left hand side. Take the next right turn 500 yds after the loch and follow the brown Laggan Outdoor Activity Center sign. Follow the road for 300 metres and as it bends to the left, turn right just before the cottage on the corner, follow this road into the car park and follow signs to the reception.
FROM THE WEST
From Stranraer, follow the A75 towards Dumfries. Continue past Newton Stewart for 14 miles and you will pass Auchenlarie Holiday Park on your right hand side. Continue for a further 0.7 miles and turn left at the brown Laggan Outdoor Activity Center sign. Follow the road for 300 metres and as it bends to the left, turn right just before the cottage on the corner, follow this road into the car park and follow signs to the reception.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The Stagecoach bus route number 500 links Dumfries to Stranraer.
If you are arriving in Dumfries by train, there is a bus stop at the Dumfries Railway Station.
If you are travelling from Stranraer, there is a pick up point at Port Rodie Ferry Terminal.
The nearest bus stop to Laggan Outdoor Activity Centre is Auchenlarie, Newton Farm Rd End, where it is then a short walk to the centre.
Dumfries railway station offers direct train services to Glasgow in the north and Carlisle in the south. Connecting services are available at Carlisle to London, Manchester and Edinburgh.
From Dumfries railway station you can pick up the bus route 500 to Laggan Outdoor Activity Centre.
Delegates can fly into Glasgow, Edinburgh and Prestwick airports. These airports are served by national carriers and budget airlines.
There are also many international flight options to London, Birmingham and Manchester airports with direct train links to Carlisle. Connecting train and bus routes will bring you to Laggan Outdoor Activity Centre.
From these locations there are bus and /or train links to Dumfries, where the bus route 500 can be taken to reach the venue.
PO and Stenaline ferries provide direct links from Cairnryan (north of Stranraer) to Belfast and Larne. A bus connects Cairnryan to Newton Stewart where connecting bus routes are available to the venue.
